ASTM A890 CD3MWCuN, or Grade 6A, is the nearest cast equivalent to the wrought super duplex stainless steel S32760.
It is also designated as ASTM A995 and ASME SA351/995 grade CD3MWCuN, or 6A, and written as J93380 or 25Cr-7Ni-Mo-N.

Wrought S32760 from stock
We carry a comprehensive stock of UNS S32760 (1.4501, F55) as solid bar up to 16" in diameter and plate up to 2 1/2" thickness.
Machining components from solid bar or plate reduces the risk of rejection, because the wrought product form is much less likely to contain internal defects. On castings, such defects often become apparent only after machining, so considerable time and expense can be lost. Castings can still be an effective way to produce complex geometries or to reduce cost on larger components and longer production runs, but the mechanical properties of a wrought product (rolled or forged) are significantly better than those of a cast one.
