We are the preferred, mill-backed distribution partner of Alleima for duplex and super duplex solid bar in the UK and North America, carrying a comprehensive stock of Sanmac® 2205 (S32205/F51), SAF2507 (S32750/F53) and S32760 (F55) in sizes from 1/2 inch (12.7 mm) to 16 inch (406.4 mm) diameter. We also hold more than 80 sizes of Sanmac 316L hollow bar ex-stock, together with selected 2205 and super duplex hollow bar, which can save considerable time and cost by avoiding proof-machining of a central bore.
Langley and Alleima share the origins of the super duplex market: Langley developed the original high-strength super duplex, Ferralium®, in the 1960s, and Alleima developed SAF2507 in the mid-1980s. That combined experience helps us specify and supply these grades with confidence. Alleima's class-leading range of tube, pipe, flanges and fittings also underpins our piping packages, complemented by our own bar, hollow bar, deep-hole boring and first-stage machining.
We are an independent distribution partner of voestalpine BOHLER Edelstahl for nickel alloys and high-performance stainless steels. Working together, we give end users around the world, with a particular focus on oil and gas, ready access to Bohler's high-quality corrosion-resistant alloys.
Through our partnership with Zollern, we represent their precision sand castings in the UK market, giving customers who source castings access to a proven European foundry alongside our wrought stock. See our castings and forgings.
For complete piping packages we supplement our own pipe stock with material from our approved mill partners, competitively sourced and matched to your specification, including NORSOK-approved materials where required. Combined with our in-house testing, inspection and machining, this lets us deliver pipe, flanges, fittings and machined components as a single, fully certified package, direct to site where needed.
