Fittings
Forged fittings in socket weld and butt-weld configurations, from 1/4" to 4" NB, rated 3000 to 9000 lb, in duplex, super duplex, nickel and stainless alloys.
Types
Pipe fittings change direction, reduce bore, or terminate a run. We supply the full range:
- Elbows - long radius (1.5D) and short radius (1D), in 45° and 90°.
- Tees - equal and reducing; concentric and eccentric reducers.
- Reducers - concentric and eccentric.
- Caps - close off the end of a pipe or fitting.
- Stub ends - used with lap-joint flanges.
- Couplings, half-couplings and nipples - short connectors and extensions.
End connections
Socket weld (SW) and butt-weld (BW) as standard. Threaded/screwed (THRD/SCRD) available on selected items. SW and BW fittings to ASME B16.11 (SW) and ASME B16.9 (BW).
Ratings and compliance
Forged socket weld and threaded fittings: 1/4" to 4" NB, 3000, 6000 and 9000 lb ratings. NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156-3 compliance available for sour-service applications.
Package building
We supply individual items and full fitting packages - MRO replacement sets through to new-build packages assembled from a single bill of materials. Traceability documentation and material test reports supplied with every package.
