Grove Precision Engineering manufactures complex machined components for OEMs and tier one suppliers in the defence, aerospace, energy, marine and chemical processing sectors.
The facility combines advanced CNC machining with direct access to specialist metals, enabling an integrated process from raw material through to fully finished and inspected parts. This approach supports reduced lead times, material traceability and consistent production quality. Key capabilities include simultaneous 5 axis milling, mill turn machining, twin spindle vertical turning and in house deep hole boring. Components can be produced up to 300 mm diameter and 2,125 mm length, with deep hole boring capability to 175 mm internal diameter and 3,000 mm length.
Precision inspection is supported by CNC controlled CMM equipment and a range of non destructive testing services including ultrasonic testing, dye penetrant inspection and positive material identification. Operating from a modern machining facility in the UK Midlands, Grove Precision Engineering provides high integrity machining solutions for demanding applications where dimensional accuracy and material performance are critical.
