Seamless pipe (SMLS)
Seamless pipe is pierced from solid billet rather than welded from strip, giving consistent mechanical properties across the full wall thickness with no longitudinal seam. We supply seamless pipe to 10" (254 mm) OD in scheduled wall thicknesses. Material is drawn to final dimensions and heat-treated per the applicable standard.
Welded pipe (WLD)
Welded pipe is formed from rolled strip or plate and seam-welded, offering larger diameters and a wider range of wall thicknesses. We supply welded pipe to 24" (609.6 mm) OD, including bespoke dimensions and less common alloys available only in smaller quantities.
Materials
Both seamless and welded pipe is available in duplex (UNS S31803/S32205), super duplex (UNS S32750/S32760/S32520), nickel alloys (UNS N06625, N08825, N10276), stainless (UNS S31254, S31600) and copper-nickel. Alloy and form availability varies by size - contact us with your specification.
Standards
Supply to ASTM, ASME and EN standards as required. NORSOK M-650 qualification available on selected alloys. 3.1 material certificates as standard; 3.2 third-party witness certification available.
