  1. Cutting CNC bar and tube sawing at all Langley Alloys sites, plus water jet cutting for plate in the USA.
  2. Logistics & supply Global freight, purpose-built packaging, call-off stock and inventory management from Langley Alloys UK and USA sites.
  3. Machining & processing In-house CNC turning, milling, deep hole boring, custom forgings and ground bars - first-stage processing from the same source as your alloy.
  4. Inspection & Testing Mechanical, chemical and non-destructive testing: tensile, impact, hardness, ultrasonic, dye penetrant, PMI, ferrite check, radiography and more.
  5. Piping Packages Complete piping packages - pipe, flanges, fittings and machined components, NORSOK-approved and fully certified.
  6. Group capabilities Langley Alloys alloy supply and machining; Copeland & Craddock bar processing; Offshore Stainless & Alloys cold-drawn bar.
  7. Castings & Forgings Cast and forged components in copper, copper-nickel and specialist alloys from our mill partners, delivered by Langley as finished, certified parts.
