Langley Alloys has been supplying specialist alloys to the energy sector since 1938. ONS 2026 brings together the global energy industry across oil and gas, offshore renewables, hydrogen and carbon capture, right on the doorstep of one of the most demanding operating environments in the world. The Norwegian continental shelf is exactly the environment our alloys are engineered for: subsea, sour service, seawater exposure, high pressure and low temperature.
Through our group company Offshore Stainless & Alloys, we are the UK’s only NORSOK approved manufacturer of MDS D59 material – producing UNS S32760 super duplex strain hardened bar for fasteners to MDS D59 / D59L Rev 3 specifications. This ensures full compliance and compatibility with the most stringent requirements for Norwegian offshore projects.
Across four days we’ll be showcasing the alloy families and processing capabilities the Langley Alloys group is best known for.
Super Duplex – including our proprietary Ferralium 255 (UNS S32550) with decades of North Sea service history in subsea manifolds, valve bodies, pumps, downhole tools and seawater systems. Alongside duplex 2205, UNS S32760 (including our NORSOK D59 strain hardened bar) and other super duplex grades widely specified for offshore service.
Nickel Alloys – Alloy 625, Alloy 718, Alloy 825 and Alloy K-500 for HPHT wells, sour service, hydrogen environments and severely corrosive process streams.
Stainless Steels – including PRODEC 316L, 304L and 303 machining bar from Offshore Stainless & Alloys, our cold-drawn bar specialist and Marcegaglia PRODEC distributor.
Copper Alloys – including our proprietary Hiduron 130, a high-strength copper-nickel-aluminium developed for seawater and offshore applications where strength, corrosion resistance and non-magnetic properties are all needed together.
Supplied as bar, plate and pipe from UK and US stock, backed by in-house processing across the Langley Alloys group:
Services on offer include precision ground bar, proof machining, deep hole boring, finish machining, cold drawing, piping packages and straightening. Certified to ISO 9001, EN 9100, AS/EN 9120, JOSCAR registered, Rolls-Royce approved and Cyber Essentials certified.
Mathieu Tremaux, our Business Development Manager for Europe, will be at the stand across all four days. If you’re specifying corrosion-resistant alloys for oil and gas, offshore wind, hydrogen production or CCS projects, drop by Stand 2060 or contact Mathieu in advance to book a meeting.
For engineers working in competitor grade language, Mathieu can also walk you through equivalence between ATI 255, Uranus 52N+, Zeron 100 and our own trade names.
