Langley Alloys routinely arranges for Type 3.2 certification for the products we supply. Occasionally, the requirement for this certification can be added to production orders for completion at the steel mill. However, in most cases it requires additional testing and inspection of material already at our warehouse. Typically, we will take a sample for extra testing, with the sampling and testing being ‘witnessed’ by an approved authority such as Lloyds or TUV, before paperwork is stamped as approved.
