Super duplex pipe combines high strength with strong corrosion resistance, which makes it an ideal choice for piping, flanges and fittings.
A wide range of scheduled sizes is available as seamless tubes, while heavy-walled pipes can be produced from plate. Through our mill partnerships we offer competitive prices on duplex and super duplex pipe and tube up to 8" outside diameter as seamless. We can also produce in-house or source a complementary range of flanges and fittings to complete a project package.
Why the microstructure matters
Super duplex pipes combine the features of ferritic and austenitic steel: high strength from the ferritic structure, and high corrosion resistance from the austenitic structure.
Super duplex seamless pipe is produced in a single piece by extrusion, giving an excellent surface finish, dimensional accuracy and consistent properties.
