Langley Alloys are pleased to announce the acquisition of Offshore Stainless Supplies Ltd, adding precision cold-drawn bar production to the group’s existing strengths in specialist alloy stockholding, piping packages, inspection and testing, CNC machining, and metals processing.
Offshore Stainless Supplies has built a strong reputation for producing precision cold-drawn bars in stainless steels and high-performance alloys, processing material up to 4″ in diameter across round, hexagonal, square, and rectangular profiles. The business serves demanding applications in oil & gas, marine, medical, aerospace, and general engineering, sectors where dimensional accuracy and material traceability are non-negotiable.
The acquisition brings together three complementary businesses: Langley Alloys, which holds extensive stocks of high-performance alloys and offers inspection, testing, and CNC machining; Copeland & Craddock, which provides sub-contract peeling, straightening, and grinding services to the metals supply chain; and Offshore Stainless, whose cold-drawing capability closes the gap between raw bar stock and finished precision component.
Speaking about the acquisition, Chris Halliday, CEO of Langley Alloys, said: “By bringing Offshore Stainless into the group, we further extend our capability from stockholding through to finished precision bar. Customers can rely on us for the full process, from alloy supply to final product. This integrated approach greatly improves efficiency, control, and assurance across the supply chain.”

Customers and suppliers of Offshore Stainless Supplies are asked to continue working with their existing contacts during the integration period.
Further updates will follow.
