Olets
Langley Alloys are able to provide a wide range of olet fittings. Olets come in many different specific forms, allowing end users to create branching fittings along the main run of piping. They are sized to follow the outer diameter of the pipe and do not require any additional reinforcement. They are typically forged, and available in a range of stainless steel and other high-performance grades.
The olet name was trademarked by Bonney Forge, but has entered into common use for a family of individual designs, including; weldolets, elbolets, sockolets, threadolets, coupolet, sweepolets, latrolets and nipolets. Olets are commonly available in sizes from ¼” to 4”NB, to fit main run piping up to 24” in diameter.
