Inventory Management
Langley Alloys can manage the inventory requirements of our customers. Although we operate warehouses with comprehensive levels of stock, this does not guarantee the availability of specific items at any given time. This may be particularly true for items with a non-standard or bespoke size, or in less popular alloys. In order to ensure availability, we are able to reserve stock for our customers, allowing it to be called-off at a future date. This may also help to limit additional testing or inspection charges, by optimising work to a single heat. As well as avoiding stock-outs, it also allows us to control the material costs and remove any volatility.
