Customer Survey Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

The Draw

As a thank you for completing our customer survey, all eligible respondents will be entered into a prize draw to win a £250 Amazon gift voucher.

A separate draw is held for each of the following regions, with one winner per region:

• United Kingdom
• Europe (excluding the United Kingdom)
• USA (including Canada and Mexico)
• International (all other countries)

Entrants are placed into the draw for the region in which their Langley Alloys account is managed.

Eligibility

1. Each draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are employed by or represent a customer of Langley Alloys, and who complete the customer survey in full and submit it before the closing date for their region.
2. Entry is limited to one per person. Where multiple submissions are received from the same individual, only the first completed submission will count as an entry.
3. Employees of Langley Alloys and its group companies, and members of their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
4. The draw is not open to entrants in any jurisdiction where participation in such a draw is unlawful.

How to enter

5. Entry is automatic on submission of a completed survey. No purchase is necessary and entry is free.
6. The survey for each region opens and closes on the dates published below. Submissions received after the closing date for a region will not be entered into that region’s draw.

The Prize

7. The prize for each regional draw is one £250 Amazon gift voucher. Where a UK voucher cannot be used by the winner, a voucher of equivalent value (converted at the exchange rate on the date of the draw) will be issued for the winner’s local Amazon store.
8. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
9. The voucher will be delivered by email to the address provided in the survey response. Use of the voucher is subject to Amazon’s gift card terms and conditions.
10. Amazon is not a sponsor of this promotion and is not connected with it in any way.

The winner

11. One winner per region will be selected at random from all eligible entries for that region within [X] working days of that region’s closing date.
12. Winners will be notified by email at the address provided. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to draw an alternative winner from the same region.
13. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.
14. A winner’s first name and company may be announced on our website or social media. We will ask for consent before doing so.

Your data

15. Survey responses are used to improve our products and service. Contact details collected through the survey are used to administer the prize draw and will be handled in accordance with our [privacy policy – link].
16. Your survey answers will not be published in a way that identifies you or your company without your consent.

General

17. Langley Alloys reserves the right to amend or withdraw the draw if circumstances outside our control make this necessary. Any changes will be published on this page.
18. The promoter is Langley Alloys Ltd, 504-506 Lowfield Drive, Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire ST5 0UU.
19. These draws are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
